Wellspring Registered Massage Therapy

Please book this appointment if it is your first visit, you have a new injury, or if I have not seen you in 1 year or longer. 

This treatment is where the relationship starts. We will chat about your health history, do any assessments that are necessary and discuss your treatment plan. Assessment can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes depending on the reason for your visit and your current health status. Time remaining will be hands on treatment and and home care if necessary.

If your health history or needs are more complex, please book the 75 minute appointment so that we will have adequate hands on time after your assessment.
