Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you. If you are unable to make the appointment, or need to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required. This gives me a chance to offer the appointment to others waiting and to protect my time. 

If you are unable to reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment, the following fees will apply:

• First missed or cancelled appointment: 50% of the appointment cost

• Subsequent missed or cancelled appointments: 100% of the appointment cost
